Councillor Judith Lloyd has served on Trafford Council since 1998 representing Longford Ward. She has served as Executive Member for Community Development and was Chair of Health Scrutiny.
Judith was born in Sunderland but came to Trafford from Leicester when she married. She has four children who went to local schools. Councillor Lloyd is also on two school governing bodies and serves as a Trustee on Trafford Domestic Abuse Services.
She trained as a nurse with the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Naval Nursing Service; Judith has also worked locally in a hospital and as a Practice Nurse. She has also worked in the voluntary sector as an Information Advice and support Coordinator.
Judith’s interests are travelling, researching family history, reading, theatre, music and gardening.
During my mayoral year I shall be supporting the Stroke Association & Trafford Domestic Abuse Services.
A Trafford resident for over 30 years now, Noelle is Mum to Nicola and Thomas who were both born at Park Hospital, now Trafford General Hospital.
Noelle works part-time in Human Resources and in her spare time enjoys gardening and tending her allotment in Stretford and is also an active member of Urmston Allotments & Garden Society and Trafford Allotment Federation.
